Melt my 💕 Daily Dose- Psalm 121 - Depression may whisper, but God’s Word speaks louder

Psalms 121:1-2 (NKJV): ‘I will lift up my eyes to the hills—From whence comes my help? 2. My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth

Affirmations:  📍I’v faced a lot, but I don’t have to face it alone. My help comes from God, who never clocks out.

📍Even when I feel worn down and invisible, I lift my eyes. My help isn’t gone, it’s from the Maker of all things. 

📍When I can’t see the way out, I remember: My help doesn’t come from this mess, it comes from the Lord above🙏

Dear Lord, I’m tired, and some days I don’t see a way forward. But I lift my eyes to You. You are my help, my steady place when everything else feels shaky. You’ve met me in the dark before. I trust You’ll meet me here again. Carry what I can’t, and remind me that this isn’t the end. Not with You. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
