Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - Hebrews 12:2 - Why do I still feel heavy when God has answered the very prayers I cried for?

Hebrews 12:2 (NKJV): 'Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith...'

Sometimes the greatest battle isn't before the breakthrough, it's AFTER... Learn why your mind may still be living in survival mode, how the enemy tries to steal your peace, and what Scripture says about renewing your mind in Christ. (Romans 12:2; John 10:10).

πŸ“God answered your prayer. The enemy changed his strategy. You prayed, perharps even fasted, waited by faith, then voila, God answered. Your breakthrough is here, you are grateful, joyful, finally at peace. Then silently, you begin to feel a shift.  A dark cloud begins to loom over you... again. But why?? The familiar heaviness creeps in but this time more intense. You are confused thinking "Lord what is going on? I am in a great season in my life, why the shift? What is this heaviness?" You know God has been faithful. You know He's made a way. He has moved mountains for you. Time and time again, He's proven that nothing is impossible for Him (Luke 1:37). So why does your heart still feel burdened?

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - Proverbs 3:5 - Faith Doesn’t Mean You’ll Never Cry: Trusting God Through Tears

Proverbs 3:5–6
 (NLT):'
Trust in the Lord with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.'
πŸ“ I know I’ve covered this Scripture numerous times, and you may be wondering, “Why are we here again?” The truth is, God keeps bringing me back to it because He’s teaching me the depth of it through my own trials. Can I encourage you not to dismiss a scripture just because you’ve heard it before. Don’t tune out in church because you think, “I’ve already heard this message.” God often repeats His Word because there’s another layer He wants to reveal...

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - Psalm 138:8 - God Is Still Writing Your Story...

Psalm 138:8 (NKJV): 'The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.'

πŸ“ Knowing that your life is in God’s hands brings deep comfort. Even when you cannot see the full picture, and when growth feels slower than you hoped, a quiet confidence rises from trusting that God is still writing your story. Today’s daily dose is a reminder that we are not trying to figure life out on our own. We are intentionally and lovingly guided by a faithful Father who never abandons the work of His hands. Amen.

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - Luke 18:1 - When the Walls Feel Like They’re Closing In...

Luke 18:1 (NLT): 'One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up.'

πŸ“ Does it feel like everything familiar is collapsing all at once? Deep down, you may be struggling to accept the fact that seasons are changing in your life, asking why the heck now?
Perhaps this is God’s way of telling you to let go and accept that He is closing doors for new beginnings. Life moves in seasons and sometimes even after doing all you can, nothing seems to shift. What if this isn’t the end of your story, just the end of a chapter?

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - When Faith Hurts... Finding Hope in Psalm 126:5-6

Psalm 126:5 (NLT): 'Those who plant in tears will harvest with shouts of joy. They weep as they go to plant their seed, but they sing as they return with the harvest.'

πŸ“ What feels quiet or unseen isn’t wasted time. God is still at work, growing joy beneath the surface. You are doing the right things, praying, showing up, believing, and still crying in private. Today's daily dose doesn’t minimize that pain, it acknowledges the tears and promises they are not wasted. God sees what you are sowing in the dark.

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - Psalm 46:1-2 Will Lift You Up: A Quick Faith Boost

Psalm 46:1–2 (NLT): 'God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. 2 So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea...'

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - James 4:8 - A Quiet Reset for the Soul

James 4:8 (AMP): 'Come close to God [with a contrite heart] and He will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; and purify your [unfaithful] hearts, you double-minded [people]...'

πŸ“ Feeling spiritually disconnected can be exhausting, especially when life keeps pulling you in different directions. Through this chaos, you may feel far from peace, purpose, or even yourself, with expectations, disappointment, burnout… it all adds up. The truth is, what we need isn’t always a major life overhaul. Sometimes the soul simply needs a quiet reset; a pause to breathe, reflect, and gently realign...

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - 1 Thessalonians 5:18 - Why Do Challenges Increase When You Grow Closer to God? Gratitude in Faith...

1 Thessalonians 5:18 (AMP): 'In every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ
Jesus.'

πŸ“ You’d think that growing closer to God would mean everything starts falling into place, but sometimes challenges increase right when your faith feels stronger. This doesn’t necessarily mean you are doing something wrong; it often means your faith is being strengthened. Through challenges and trials, your trust in God grows deeper, you become more resilient, and less dependent on comfort or circumstances.
