Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - 1 Peter 5:7 - Real love = God caring about your stress. Trust Him with it...

1 Peter 5:7 (NLT) - 'Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.'

πŸ“This verse is a breath of fresh air. It’s an invitation. Not a demand, not a guilt trip, just a gentle reminder from God that you don’t have to carry it all alone. He is basically saying: 'Hand it over. Surrender it all to me. I see what’s weighing you down. I care. Let Me help.'

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - Psalm 103:5 - God’s blessings > burnout. I’m being renewed, not drained!

Psalm 103:5 (NLT): '
He fills my life with good things.  My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!'

πŸ“ Ever have one of those days where everything just feels blah, like you're dragging through life with zero spark? Today's verse is God’s way of saying, 'Not today!' He promises to fill your life with good things and not necessarily material, but things that light up your soul: joy, peace, laughter, purpose, love...

πŸ“Life knocks us down sometimes with career setbacks, broken relationships, mental health struggles, even 'hitting rock bottom.' This verse is a reminder that falling is NOT the end. Romans 15:13 (NLT):  ‘I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.’
πŸ“This verse is a powerful reminder that hope isn’t just a feel-good concept, it’s a gift from God. When we choose to trust God, even in the middle of chaos or uncertainty, He fills us with deep joy and peace that doesn’t depend on our circumstances...

Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - Philippians 1:6 - “The ache is real, but so is His promise.”

Philippians 1:6 (NIV)
- ‘Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.’

πŸ“Feeling stuck and discouraged with no hope in sight, many faithful people throughout the Bible, like David, Job, and even Jesus, expressed moments of disappointment or confusion with God.

Jeremiah 17:7 (NLT) - ‘But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence’

MELT MY πŸ’— Daily Dose - 1 Chronicles 16:11 - Prayer to Seek God's Presence & Protection

MELT MY πŸ’— Daily Dose - 1 Chronicles 16:11 (NIV)
'Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.'

Came across this prayer as soon as I came online and it's exactly what I needed today to refresh my spirit so I have decided to re-blog.  With the Pandemic going on, a lot of us have lost family members, friends, some have lost there jobs, this is really a dark period for us and we constantly have to make an effort or at least try to refresh our spirits.  May God's love and protection continue to be upon us and may he give us the strength to endure these trying times.  This too shall passπŸ’—

Prayer to Seek God's Presence & Protection:

God, I ask you to forgive me for all the times I have been ungrateful for the things I have and what you have given me. Forgive me for being so blinded by comparisons with others that I become unable to see all the goodness and blessings in my life.
Turn my heart around so that I can experience the things that are for me to the fullest without looking down on them, for I know that things could be much worse and others would die to be in my position.
Your Word is clear “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you or forsake you” (Joshua 1:9), so I ask Lord that you may lay your hand on anyone feeling afflicted and discouraged in the presence of the events of the world,
that you may keep them protected and that your ever lasting love can be felt in every single corner of the Earth, because you have plans for all of us, as your Word declares: "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord , “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)
Give us the strength to trust in your plan God Almighty and to have ever lasting life in your presence. Forgive us for our misdemeanors and the mistakes we make which bring you disappointment. We ask for your mercy, love and protection from anything and anyone trying to harm us as your beloved children.

In the name of Jesus, we have prayed. AmenπŸ™
