MELT MY ♥ Daily Dose - Psalm 31:23-24 (NLT)
23 Love the Lord, all you godly ones! For the Lord protects those who are loyal to him, but he harshly punishes the arrogant. 24 So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord!
Do you need to be uplifted and comforted today? Do you need to re-charge or
re-evaluate your thoughts? Take a deep breath and read through today's daily dose slowly & meditate on it. We all too often rush through things in life (guilty of this myself) and miss what God is telling us. God led you here today for a reason, read today's verse, meditate on it, self-reflect, pray, believe, and see what God will do in your life. Numbers 23:19 (NLT) says, 'God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?
If God has promised you strength if you put your hope in him and live in obedience, he will surely see you through. The test comes when what you are hopeful for does not come to Pass on time... or Perhaps Never. Then you have to trust God's will for your life. If you know you are doing all you are supposed to be doing as a disciple of Christ FAITHFULLY and God still seems silent, as implied earlier take the time to Listen! Trust God's will for your life. He may be taking you away from a mountain or problems. Seek his face and ask for his will in your life. Refrain from grumbling, disobedience, pride, anger, arrogance, in this season and stay faithful. Today's daily dose implies that you will be punished if you have these attributes, I am sure we all have knowledge of what the wrath of God is like due to disobedience. Moses, one of the great men of God in the Bible did not see the promised land due to disobedience & Anger. In our eyes we may understand why Moses got so frustrated with the Hebrews, they were being ungrateful despite all the miracles God had performed for them and delivered them out of slaverly. Read More here, Numbers 20:1-13. If the sin of Moses, a great man of God, a Pioneer's sin could not be excused how about us? #OBEY
If you get what you are longing for remember to be very grateful to God. Appreciate him, share your testimony and keep building yourself up spiritually, that's the most important thing.
John 10:10-29 (NKJV) says, ' The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.' Do not give Satan victory over your life, as Christians we need to practice violent faith sometimes, don't back down, stand your ground you know the God that you serve and it shall be well with you in Jesus name, Amen♥
