MELT MY ♥ Daily Dose - James 4:14 (NLT)
"How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone."
As today's daily dose implies we never know when our time on earth ends. The Bible describes it as a 'morning fog that fades away'. Scary right? But it's the truth... It's so easy to get caught up in our day-to-day errands that we tend to put God aside or make him less a priority. Even as Christians, some of us only worship on Sundays, a quick prayer here and there and then we are out! We don't take the time to study God's word, fellowship with him, share his word or do our due diligence as children of God. Let's make God our priority no matter your age, lifestyle etc. The same way you make time for your family, work, gym, put some time aside for God each day. Do not depend on your church, Pastor, parents, friends, siblings, significant other etc for Salvation. Seeking God's Salvation is individual you either do it yourself or you don't. Accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior means fellowship with him, obeying his word, ministering to others... STOP with the excuses, we never know what tomorrow or even the next minute could bring.
2 Corinthians 4:17 (NLT), 'For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly out weighs them and will last forever!'
Our life now, when compared with forever in Heaven, is truly just a small time. Consider this for a moment... Get serious with Christ and receive your salvation. Start TODAY♥ God Bless you and have a Blessed weekend♥
Life is like 'a morning fog that fades away'
