MELT MY ♥ Weekend Dose - Psalm 94:19 (NIV)
"When anxiety was great within me,
Your consolation brought me joy."
In the midst of my unbelieving thoughts, my grief, my pain, thy comforts, your words delight my soul. It gives me hope that all will be ok. I looked at people like Job & David in the Bible how your miraculous power worked within them, despite their trials, disobedience, you still listened to their cries and turned their pains to joy, so shall it be for us in Jesus name.
What if you feel like this verse is meaningless to you? Sometimes the pain or trials are so much that when you read a Bible verse you wonder why doesn't this apply to me. Why am I not feeling calm or at least have slight hope even though the word of God is assuring me that all I have to do is believe? Why am I not consoled by even praying? We all have been there numerous times including great men of God in the Bible. All you can do is be honest with God, continue to pray and seek his word. Be motivated by faithful men such as Job, Paul, David, testimonies from Christians today, listen to sermons, gospel music, try to uplift & empower yourself and live the rest to God. I pray that whatever anxiety you are facing the blood of Jesus will calm your precious heart. Your weeping will turn to joy in Jesus name and may you heed to whatever lesson the Lord wants you to get from this experience. Happy Sunday and have a Blessed week♥
