Psalm 121:7 (NIV): ‘The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life.’
πWhy does God separate us? Why the loneliness, empty feeling? You may be feeling isolated because it's one of God’s way of protecting you. If you are in a season of separation, It doesn’t mean you’re being punished. It may be God pulling you closer, not pushing you away. Healing sometimes starts in isolation...
Sometimes God separates you not to hurt you, but to hide you from harm. That friendship falling apart, the door that didn’t open, the opportunity that slipped away, it may feel like a loss, but it might just be God’s protection in disguise.
This means sometimes God steps in and removes what we would’ve settled for, to make room for what we’re called to. The friendship that faded. The opportunity that slipped. The plan that crumbled. It may feel like loss, but it might actually be love in disguise. Because protection doesn’t always look like a shield. Sometimes, it looks like separation.
So if you’re in a season of being set apart, it doesn’t mean you’re being punished. It means you’re being positioned. It means God is saying: 'I see more. And I want more for you.' His distance might be your covering. Use this as an opportunity to 'Trust the Process'π.
Let’s Pray: Dear God, thank You for the separations I didn’t ask for but truly needed. Please help me trust that every shift is part of Your loving protection. In Jesus name, Amenπ.
π§♀️Declaration: God is protecting me, even in the separation. What feels like rejection is His redirection. I trust that He is keeping me from harm and watching over every step of my life.
