The issue of Spazzing out - Anger

He who is slow to wrath has great understanding, but he who is impulsive exalts folly - Proverbs 14:29 (NKJV)

We all get angry.  It is human nature to get angry or hold on to some sort of grudge.  It could be so deeply buried within our soul that we are unaware of its presence. Harboring anger is an understandable reaction to life’s hurts and offenses, but resentment takes a horrible toll on our relationships, health, and fellowship with God.
The Bible instructs us to deal quickly with this potentially destructive emotion.  Ask God to reveal any hidden resentment. RELEASE IT, and take hold of the joys of this world.
One of my philosophies in life is to 'speak up' so I never really get to the level of ‘spazzing out’.  Communication is the key! If I am irritated by an issue I speak up.  Nobody is a mind reader.. The key to speaking up is to be honest and speak the truth.  The tone of your voice is also a key. #NOyelling
*Ephesians 4:15 “But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:” (NKJ)

The outcome of speaking up is either the issue gets resolved by coming to a MUTUAL understanding, apologizing if you have to, or just simply walking away and letting go.
Life is too beautiful to be toxic.  RELEASE IT!  Let it go and remember only positive people belong in your life:-)
