Lamentations 3:22–23 (ESV): ‘The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.’

📍Even when life feels like it’s falling apart, God’s love never runs out. Every day is a fresh start no matter how messy yesterday was. His mercy meets us in our lowest moments, reminding us we’re never too far gone. God’s faithfulness isn’t based on how we feel; it’s steady, even when we’re not.

Let's Pray:  Dear Lord, when I feel lost and hopeless, remind me that Your love never gives up on me. Thank You for new mercies today. Help me trust Your faithfulness, even in the dark. In Jesus name, Amen.

Joy Boost/Meditation (2–3 minutes): 'New Mercies' Breathing Exercise'

1. Sit or stand comfortably. Close your eyes.
2. Inhale slowly and deeply - say softly/in your heart: 'God’s love is here.'
3. Exhale gently - 'His mercy is new today.'
4. Repeat this for 1–2 minutes, letting go of yesterday’s weight.
5. End by whispering: 'Great is Your faithfulness.'

No matter how heavy life feels, God’s mercy meets you right where you are. Today is a fresh start.
