'Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise,
but the companion of fools will suffer harm.'
Surrounding yourself with positive people who believe in you, will uplift you and direct you towards the right path is so necessary for our growth in Christ as well as our livelihood. This MUST be a necessity in our lives. Don't ever make excuses for anyone God has revealed to you as an unloyal friend. You should forgive them but you have got to let them go! That's wasted energy that can be focused on positive things in your life. Be very careful about who you surround yourself with, a lot of jealoused back stabbers out there, I am suffering from it now. It's very painful opening up to someone only to finally realize that they never had good intentions for you. The closer you get to Christ the better you become at discerning the bad apples in your life. These days I pray diligently that God removes the bad seeds from my life and replaces them with good loyal friends. If you are suffering from a hurt by a pal let it Go! God has revealed who they are to you, forgive them and let them out of your life. You do not have to live in malice but keep things at a minimum with them. Life is so much more pleasant when you have great cheerleaders in your life. Your relationship with Christ comes with change. It hurts but change that negative circle and walk towards an enriched, enhanced, spiritual circle of friends. It's a necessity as a child of God ♥
