📍 Sometimes life feels like a never ending to-do list mixed with big dreams, quiet fears, and questions that don’t have easy answers. We want to get it all right, hold it all together, and still have peace. But here’s the good news; God never asked us to do life alone. David reminds us to commit everything...not just the big decisions, but the everyday moments, the quiet hopes, and even the anxious thoughts. Give it all to God. Lay it in His hands. Then breathe. Because when we trust Him, He doesn’t just sit back and watch, He steps in and helps.
King David wrote Psalm37. He was a warrior, worshiper, and king, someone who had seen both wild
success and deep failure. By the time he wrote this psalm, he was older (verse 25: 'Once I was young, and now I am old…'), which means he was reflecting
on a lifetime of walking with God through highs and lows. David saw how
unfair life could look, wicked people were thriving with good people struggling. It didn’t make sense. So Psalm 37 is like a wisdom-filled letter
from an older David to the younger generation.
Today's verse Psalm 37:5, (‘Commit everything you do
to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will help you.’NLT), is a reminder to
stop trying to control everything and finally hand it over to God. God knows
your pace. He sees your heart. And He’s not late. He’s working behind the
scenes, shaping the path you can’t yet see. You don’t need all the answers to
move forward, you just need the One who holds them. So take the pressure
off. You’re not behind. You’re not forgotten. You’re held by a God who will
help you faithfully, fully, and always... Amen🙏.
As David reminds us; Don’t panic. Don’t compare. Don’t give
up. God sees, He cares, and in the end, trusting and surrendering all to
him is always the right move. Let's try it and I look forward to our
testimony's💕.
Lets Pray: Dear God, thank You for being steady when life feels shaky. Today, I give You everything, my finances, rent, career, business, relationships, my dreams, my doubts, my decisions. I trust You to guide me and provide exactly what I need. Remind me that I don’t have to have it all figured out because I have You. I’m walking forward with faith, joy, and confidence in You. Thank you Lord for carrying this with me. In Jesus name, Amen🙏.
