Let’s celebrate Jesus, the 'true & living light' this Christmas by reading and reflecting on the Birth of Jesus Christ in the Bible, Luke 2. I encourage you to start from Luke 1 which describes the birth of John the Baptist and the events leading up to the birth of Jesus. I know as Christians growing up, we have heard or even acted in plays when we were younger about the ‘Nativity of Jesus’ numerous times however as your faith gets stronger, trust me you get a better respect and understanding about the creation of our Lord & Savior..

Let’s remember Christmas is not all about shopping and gift giving, understanding the true meaning of the gift of Christ, and celebrating that with gratitude is the key. Have a Blessed and beautiful Christmas and I pray that you are filled with gratitude, peace and Joy. If you are spending it alone remember that as a child of God, you are never alone.
