"Guard your heart above all else,

    for it determines the course of your life."

If you have to put a big 'X' to negativity across your heart do so:-)  We CANNOT allow anything toxic to taint us.  Our heart is the central or innermost part of our body.  It pumps blood through our intestines so if anything toxic goes through your heart we all know the meaning of that.  As children of God we have to start with SELF, be very careful about the words you speak into your life.  Speak positive, enlightening, faith building words into your life, flee negativity, start practicing now it is very unhealthy to be so negative about yourself.  It's a Blessing Blocker trust me.  Words like 'I am a winner', blessed, loved, beautiful, faithful, fearless, etc.  The next step is get rid of any friends, colleagues, family, anybody/thing that makes you question your faith in Christ.  'Why does no one love you, thought you were a Christian', Why are you still suffering, aren't you a faithful Christian?  Some will even say, I don't go to church as you do, I only pray once and my prayer gets answered, whats up with you?  These are all sayings that will have you question your faith, you are human and it hurts to hear these things. You can warn them to fix it and if not then they have to go, the less stress you have the more you would see how peaceful your life becomes.  Luke 6:45 (NLT) says, A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart.
Please condition your heart to embrace the richness of Christ's love for us.  The devil will try you, trust me but be firm in your faith and say NO to negativity.  Remember your self worth, spiritual growth, good health and attitude are very essential in our society today.  You need these elements to stay sane trust me.  Please Guard your precious heart and say No to the devil.  Stay pure, faithful and obedient to God's word  and you shall be a Winner♥
