33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Jesus said to seek first the kingdom of God in His Sermon on the Mount. What does it mean to seek the kingdom of God? Making God a priority by reading, understanding & utilizing His word, living in obedience, sharing his word... Sometimes our Dry season could mean God is trying to get our attention. In todays fast paced society it may be hard but if you have to wake up an hour earlier, DO IT, whatever works for you. My quiet time is usually at night. Personally I am more relaxed and can spend hours meditating with no distractions. It's weird but even in my sleep I wake up praying, super weird! Making time for God is feeding your soul & spirit with exceptional values, very Zen like. Make time... and remember God will change your situation at his time. Pray, be patient, have faith and always be joyful. At least try:-) Have a Blessed weekend.
