8 Finally whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
This week's Melt my ♥ topic would be on 'Self Empowerment'. To Empower yourself means taking charge of your life. Loving yourself for who you are despite your flows, nobody's perfect. All we can do is work on our negative side to become a better person. Remember you can never please others... LET GO and live for Christ. A lot of us have heard "You are useless", "you will never be successful", you ugly, fat, a slut, have a bad attitude, your dreams or talents suck, an ex convict, you are a victim of sexual & physical abuse, rape, so you are tainted blah, blah, blah but GUESS WHAT? That is their opinion they are not your creator. The devil also plays with our thoughts by making us believe all these negative things about ourselves especially with rape and abuse. Lets believe in ourselves, work towards being positive according to the principles of God, and be a Go Getter! Surround yourself with people who will build you up. I'd rather have one positive person in my life than several toxic beings. If that one person becomes toxic I always have my Bible. Thats my situation now... I get all the answers I need in the Bible...
Remember, nobody can love us if we don't love or believe in ourselves. Forgive, Let Go, Pray, seek God's work & pursue your dreams. It's never too late to TAKE AUTHORITY.
