Melt my πŸ’• Daily Dose - Galatians 1:10 - From People Pleasing πŸ‘‰ God Pleasing: My Peace Pivot…

Galatians 1:10 (NLT): ‘Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant.’

πŸ“Let’s be real,  people-pleasing is exhausting. You filter your words, shrink your dreams, or delay your purpose just to stay liked or safe. We have all done this at one point or another in our lives. Why? For acceptance, not to hurt others, protecting others, etc.  But following Jesus means surrendering that pressure. You won’t always be understood, liked, or approved and that’s okay. Living for God’s approval may cost you popularity, but it brings peace and power.

Paul is saying in today’s verse; I’m not here for clout or applause, I am here for God.  If your life revolves around trying to keep everyone happy, you’ll never have peace, purpose, or clarity. At some point, you have to choose: live for likes or live for legacyπŸ’―.

You weren’t made to live for everyone’s approval. When you start living for God instead of likes, that’s when peace, purpose, and clarity begin to fall into place. Choose legacy. Choose freedom. Choose Him🫢🏼.  Have a Blessed Day and make the choice todayπŸ€—.

πŸ’‘Affirmation:  I won’t always be liked, understood, or applauded, but if I am walking in obedience to God, I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

Let’s Pray:  Dear God, please help me let go of the need to please everyone. Remind me that Your opinion matters most. Give me boldness to live for You even when it’s uncomfortable. In Jesus name, Amen.

Soul Whisper: Trying to please people is a full-time job with zero benefits. Pleasing God? That’s where peace and identity begin. Who are you living for today? Make a choice…
